Our platform is completely free to join, making it easier than ever to expand your clientele and increase your revenue. With Inspectify, you can say goodbye to the hassle of lead generation. We partner with a wide range of real estate businesses to bring you high-quality inspections. There is no cost to join the Inspectify platform. This means if we aren't bringing you jobs or you are unavailable for a job, partnering with us costs you nothing. A 20% platform fee is deducted from certain inspection types if you accept the job while other inspection types pay a set price and have no platform fee. We model our pricing to target a pay rate of at least $100 per hour but can vary depending on the type of inspection.
